VENUE DETAILS

Maximum Capacity: 
Up to 99 guests without additional requirements
100 to 150 guests require security and portable restrooms (not included in venue rental)

Your Rental Includes:

  • A private space perfectly suited for small, intimate groups to larger-scale galas
  • Round tables, banquet tables, chairs,  and stemware
  • String Lights on Barrels
  • One hour early access to set up and decorate
  • 30 minutes post-event for cleanup and load-out

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Black Linens: $7 per tablecloth rental fee
  • Back Patio Rental: $200
  • Use of adjacent Barrel Room if not included in the package: $50 per hour
  • Use of adjacent Cellar if not included in the package: $150 per hour
  • Additional Setup or Cleanup Time: $30 per hour during business hours, $60 per hour after business hours
  • Standard Bluetooth Stereo:  JBL system: $50
  • Deluxe Bluetooth Stereo System:  1 Tower for $400, 2 Towers for $600
  • Microphone System:  $100
  • TV Use for Slideshows/Presentations: $50
  • Security:  Required for events of 100+ guests
  • Portable Restrooms:  Required for events of 100+ guests

Additional Details:

  • All alcohol must be supplied and served by Airfield Estates – No outside alcohol is permitted.
  • Complimentary water is provided.
  • Beer, seasonal frosés, soda, sparkling water, and charcuterie plates are optional.
  • We provide ice only for the beverages that we supply.
  • We do not provide in-house catering.
  • You’re welcome to use the caterer of your choice or explore our list of local options.  
  • All food served must be commercially prepared.
  • We do not provide kitchen facilities (no food prep space, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, or oven).

  • Dishes, flatware, napkins, and cups are not provided.
  • Glitter, confetti, feathers, bubbles, and loose artificial petals are not allowed.
  • Sparklers or open flames are not allowed.
  • Wall décor not permitted (nothing can be taped/attached to walls).
  • Decorations, leftover food, packaging, and supplies must be removed by the client at the end of the event.

Availability
Private events are subject to availability. Our venue operates as a tasting room during the day, so daytime events are limited to a capacity of 40 guests.  Events with 41+ guests occur after standard business hours.
