Your Rental Includes:
- A private space perfectly suited for intimate ceremonies to large receptions
- Round tables, banquet tables, and chairs
- Stemware for wine
- Dedicated Wine Attendant(s) to ensure seamless service throughout the event
- String Lights on Barrels, creating a warm and inviting ambiance
- Up to 5 hours for decorating the day before (during business hours)
- Up to 2 hours of early access on event day for vendor setup, last-minute finishing touches, and wedding party arrival
- 1 hour post-event for vendors to load-out and clients to pack up

Additional Details:
- All alcohol must be supplied and served by Airfield Estates
- Water dispensers are provided
- Beer, seasonal frosés, soda, and sparkling water are optional
- We do not offer in-house catering or kitchen facilities
- You're welcome to bring in the caterer of your choice or explore our list of local options
- We recommend couples prepare offsite and arrive ready to celebrate, as we do not have a dedicated bridal or groom suite
- All decorations shall be free-standing – we do not allow anything to be taped or attached to the walls
- Glitter, confetti, feathers, bubbles, or loose flower petals are not allowed
- Open flames and sparklers are not permitted, but fairy lights and LED candles can help create a magical ambiance
An Exclusive Evening Celebration
Our venue operates as a tasting room during the day, so all wedding ceremonies and receptions take place after business hours, ensuring a private and intimate experience. The minimum rental period is 3 hours, and the maximum is 4 hours.
