THIS FRIDAY (April 4th): Join us for an amazing Officer's Club First Friday where you will have a chance to experience the depth and elegance of our 2009 Library Wines, each showcasing the beauty of time in the bottle. These carefully aged selections reveal softened tannins, layered complexity, and rich, evolved flavors. From the bold, velvety Malbec to the refined, Rhône-style Mustang and the gracefully aged Sangiovese, each sip offers a glimpse into the past while delivering a truly timeless tasting experience.

2009 Malbec – Woodinville Tasting Room: Our 2009 Malbec, aged to perfection, retains its deep, inky hue while developing remarkable complexity. Bold and full-bodied, it opens with rich aromas of blackberry compote, dried huckleberry, and a hint of cedar. Extended aging has softened the tannins, revealing a velvety palate with layers of elderberry, black fig, and earthy truffle, accented by white pepper and a touch of graphite. Subtle notes of aged leather and toasted French oak lead to a long, graceful finish, showcasing the wine’s depth and evolution.

2009 Mustang - Vancouver Tasting Room: Our 2009 Mustang, aged with grace, offers a beautifully evolved expression of this Rhône-style blend. Deep and refined, it opens with aromas of dried black plum, orange peel, and hints of smoked meats, layered with earthy minerality. The palate reveals softened tannins and layered flavors of red cassis, aged balsamic, warm spices, and a touch of white pepper. Nuances of leather and toasted French oak lead to a long, velvety finish, showcasing the depth and elegance gained over time.

2009 Sangiovese – Prosser Tasting Room: Our 2009 Sangiovese, a beautifully aged expression of this classic Italian varietal, has developed remarkable depth over time. Bright cherry and dried cranberry aromas intertwine with notes of leather, cedar, and a hint of dried rose petal. The palate is smooth and refined, revealing layers of sun-dried tomato, black tea, and warm baking spices, accented by a touch of tobacco and aged balsamic. Silky tannins and balanced acidity carry through to a lingering finish, showcasing the wine’s graceful evolution.
